Product Description
Certified Sustainable Whole Rye Flour is the whole
rye grain gently ground in a stone mill. All of the
bran, endosperm and germ is retained. Rye flour
has a distinct flavour profile and gives a darker
baked product than wheat flour. Rye flour has a
lower gluten content than wheat flour.
Applications
Sourdough and Artisanal breads.
