   Easy to make and has a wonderful texture. My family love sponge cake and this sponge mix keeps them very, very happy.

   I don't think I will ever use another sponge cake recipe or mix again. Superb and so easy. Perfect texture, doesn't taste eggy. Can't believe I only bought 10kg... I'll be back.

   I don't know how my daughter does it but she can stuff up cake mix .. I know lol but this cake mix .. She can make it perfectly .. And it is just so moist and yummy .. We use this mix manly for cup cakes and it's just the best.....

   I love this mix, very versatile. I use it to make large cakes as well as cupcakes with a never ending variation of fillings, icings, buttercream & toppings.

   I used super sponge mix to make 5 sponges which then made up a 2 tier lamington wedding cake. Everyone loved the taste & worked perfectly.
