Best GF Bread Ever

Soft and light white GF bread . Stays fresh 2 days ,toast on days 3 and 4.Great for French toast.
400 grams of mix makes 750-800 gram loaf . Just need to add water , yeast and a little oil.Using a Panasonic breadmaker and my bread is usually 18-22 cm in height.
