CLASSIC CHOC BROWNIE MUDCAKE MIX
Indulge in our delectable choc brownie mudcake mix. Rich in real cocoa, this mix delivers a deliciously moist and dense crumb with dark chocolate flavour that won’t disappoint. Ideal for a variety of mudcakes, brownies and slices.
BASIC RECIPE

| Classic Choc Brownie Mudcake Mix | 1kg |
| Water | 450gm |
| Oil | 150gm |
| Melted Chocolate (optional) | 150gm |
METHOD
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Using a paddle, mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
Step 3
Mix for a further 2 minutes on slow speed.
Step 4
Deposit into paper lined baking tin.
Step 5
Bake at 160°C until baked through.
Step 6
Transfer to wire rack to cool.

These were phenomenally easy to make. Not overly sweet they were moist but didn't fall apart on cutting. Thoroughly recommended, I will be buying this again.

Easy to use. And is the best mud cake i have ever tasted. This includes the many scratch mixes i have used in the past.
