1. The best flour going for sourdough bread!

   I’ve been baking sourdough now for 5 years. I initially used the all-purpose Wallaby bakers flour which is available in the supermarket. I only discovered Manildra strong bakers flour and iBake during the first Covid lockdown in 2020. From the very first order to the most recent (this week) iBake has been a consistently reliable supplier providing great service and very fast shipping. This flour is absolutely the best flour for making sourdough, scones, hot cross and cinnamon buns, with perfect results every time.
