I am trying to source ingredients as locally as I can. We drove through Manildra on our Christmas holidays and I knew I had to try their flour.I have only made one 100% wholegrain sourdough loaf so far but it rose nicely. Very happy.

I make no-knead bread. (See 'Kneadlessly Simple' book.). Very good by
itself or with a bit of multi-grain mix added.

I recently bought the white flour of this same brand and wanted to have a go at the wholemeal. I must say it works great, it's tasty, lots of gluten and lots of nice airpockets in my sourdough bread. I highly recommend this product
