I use this flour in all of my baking, including biscuits and slices
I use it 50/50 with my own ground wheat flour and the bread is brilliant. Light and fluffy, and better than shop bought bread.

I've used many different types of flour for my sourdough bread and sourdough brioche. This Manildra flour is the best.
Beautiful light and holey sourdough bread and an even textured sourdough brioche. Excellent results all the time!!
