I learned about iBake when I was at the cake bake and sweet show, they had test cakes to try and I fell in love with the red velvet, I bought this and made cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and everyone raved about it. I have since bought it again and made cupcakes, will forever use this mix now. So beautiful, especially with the raspberry taste in it!

I have made Red velvet cake before and this one tasted fantastic, I brought 2 1kg mixes to make a stacked 8, 4" Height Cake. Worked perfectly. Definitely use it again.

This cake met with some rave reviews! Beautiful, moist and light cake with a slight raspberry flavour to it. I put the 1kg mix into a 12" pan. The cake didn't rise a heck of a lot so it came out thin (which was fine as I made a second cake the same way using another 1kg of mix). Probably best suited 1kg = 10" round cake.

I used this for my grandson's christening cake. There were over 100 guests and everyone raved about the taste. Great product definitely worth a try!
