Recomended Baking times and weights:
Bake at 160−170°C
18 cm x 4 cm tin - 400 g batter 40 min.18 cm x 7 cm tin 600 g batter 50 min.20cm x 7 cm tin 800 g batter 60 min.26 cm x 7 cm tin 1400 g batter 70 min.
Please note all ovens and baking pans are different and will alter cooking times.

Beautiful cake mix - don't forget the chocolate paste with this purchase! I added the whole 50g (even though it only calls for 20g), which made the cake even better! Met with rave reviews.
This 1kg mix almost filled an 8" round tin. It made for a very thick cake (which was fine as that's what I wanted). It took almost 3 hours in a 150C oven (not fan forced). Ideally, splitting the mix between two 8" pans would've been better. I think this mix would make a decent 10" round.
