This is a very good product. We have been using this for cake frosting, icing and for buttercreams for the last two years and it always proved to be the best with combination of other cake ingredients. Great one!

This is a nice pack of vegetable shortning for baking. If you are making cakes in bulk, this is the best choice. If you keep it in moderately cool place inside the room it can last for months. Great product.

very happy with this product I use this in my buttercream I live in a hot climate and this stabilises the buttercream - it is a consistently reliable product and tastes good

I use this when I am making a room stable buttercream , adding it to butter and icing sugar, it whips up beautifully. In addition I add a decent amount of flavouring to the buttercream to enhance the flavour.
