I am a pastry cook who has been out of the trade for about 15 years.
I have found the quality of pastries in my area are not of the best quality, so I decided to make my own.
I looked on eBay for margarine and come across Royal Danish. I used this product for many years and was happy to have found a supplier i could buy from.
If you want to make danish or croissant, this is the best margarine to use.
