Cereform Gluten Free Muffin Mix produces a high quality gluten free muffin base mix designed for the production of a variety of tasty, sweet or savoury muffin with excellent moistness and fresh keeping qualities.
Basic Recipe
Gluten Free Muffin Mix 1000gm
Egg 500gm
Water 300ml
Vegetable Oil 300gm
Method
1. Add water, egg and oil to bowl then Gluten Free Muffin Mix.
2. Blend on low speed for 1 minute using beater. Scrape down.
3. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.
4. Add fruit, nuts, choc chips etc, if required, during last minute of mixing.
5. Deposit 120-130g of muffin batter into paper cup lined large muffin tins.
6. Bake at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
7. De-pan gently and cool.
