Cereform Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix is a versatile high quality gluten free base mix designed to produce a range of heavy textured cakes including white or brown mud cakes.
Basic Recipe White Chocolate Dark Chocolate
Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix 1.00 kg 1.00 kg
Egg 0.10 kg 0.10 kg
Water 0.50 L 0.50 L
Vegetable Oil 0.12 kg 0.12 kg
White Chocolate (melted) 0.15 kg -
Cocoa Powder (approximate) - 0.05 kg
Chocolate Paste (optional) - 0.02 kg
Method
1. Add water, egg and oil to bowl then Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix (also add cocoa/ chocolate paste if making chocolate variant).
2. Blend on low speed for 1 minute using beater. Scrape down.
3. Mix on low speed for a further 4 minutes.
4. Deposit batter as required.
5. Bake at 160°C for approximately 50-70 minutes.
6. When cool decorate with chocolate ganache topping or as desired.
