Cereform Gluten Free Banana Bread Mix allows the manufacture of great tasting variety of banana and fruit breads, almost indistinguishable from those containing wheat. The product has excellent moistness which is retained for days.
Recipe:
Gluten Free Banana Bread Mix 1.00kg
Egg 0.40kg
Vegetable Oil 0.30kg
Banana Pulp 1.00kg
Method
1. Place egg and oil in bowl and add Gluten Free Banana Bread Mx. Using a beater, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
2. Mix for a further 3 minutes on low speed.
3. Add banana pulp to mixture and mix a further 1 minute on low speed.
4. Deposit approximately 1.3kg batter into a greased pan.
5. Bake at 160°C for approximately 90-100 minutes or until baked.
6. If desired, lightly glaze the top of loaf with melted apricot jam.
