Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Makes rich, moist mudcakes, brownies, muffins and slices.
Brownie Recipe:
Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Mix 1kg
Water 500ml
Pecan or Walnut pieces 150gm
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using a beater, beat for 3 minutes on low speed.
2. Spread onto a standard baking tray, lined with paper.
3. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes or until baked.
Traditional Mudcake Recipe:
Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Mix 1kg
Cake Margarine or Butter 100gm
Dark Chocolate 100gm
Hot Water 400ml
Whiskey (optional) 50ml
Method
1. In a bowl, melt margarine and chocolate in the hot water. Stir in whiskey.
2. Add Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Mix. Beat for 3 minutes on low speed.
3. Scale as desired and bake at 160°C until baked.
* For a dense mudcake, increase chocolate and butter to 150g of each.

These were phenomenally easy to make. Not overly sweet they were moist but didn't fall apart on cutting. Thoroughly recommended, I will be buying this again.

Easy to use. And is the best mud cake i have ever tasted. This includes the many scratch mixes i have used in the past.
