tastes great and easy to work with, I use it as a filling and a crumb coat. Love it saves me so much time. only in summer it can be a little too soft but if you can refrigerate what its being used it'll be fine

I wasn't at all sure if I should get this large container as I didn't think I would use it quickly enough. Let me tell you....I have! The taste is wonderful. It can be used heated and drizzled on or slightly warmed and beaten in the mixer to make a lovely white chocolate frosting, which when piped it keeps it's shape and form very well. As it cools it becomes a firmer consistency, which is great. I use the product as a crumb coat and it also works as a ganache. You won't be disappointed, neither is my husband who is a self confessed choc-a-holic and can resist lifting the lid and taking sneaking a couple of spoonful's when I'm not looking!
