Remove icing from foil and knead on a clean flat surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.

This fondant has changed the way I make cakes now.
I used cheap fondant from Coles and Woolies and they would always stick when I rolled them. When I used this I was amazing and so happy that it didn't stick at all!!!!
Best tip for amateurs, use high grade fondant, its worth the extra $$ and makes using fondant a breeze.
the blue here was deep and dark which was great!
